Returns Policy
At lz collectibles, all sales are final. Due to the collectible and sealed nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sealed product once an order has been placed. This policy ensures product authenticity and fairness for all customers.
We are committed to providing you with 100% authentic collectible toys from trusted brands like Pop Mart. Due to the surprise nature of blind boxes, please carefully read our policy before purchasing.
Final Sale:
All items sold are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
Sealed Products:
All trading card and collectible products are sold in sealed condition. Once the seal is broken, we cannot verify authenticity or contents, and therefore cannot offer refunds or replacements.

🛠️ Returns & Replacements
All returned orders are subject to a £5 restocking fee.
This fee covers the handling, inspection, and processing required when an item is sent back to us. The amount will be deducted from your refund once the return is approved.
You may apply for after-sales support within 15 days of receiving your order, only in the following cases:

🔍 What Qualifies as a Defect?
Please note: Blind boxes are designer toys involving manual production. Minor flaws such as:

Slight paint bubbles

Uneven coloring

Small scratches or molding lines
are normal and not considered defects.
If you receive a seriously damaged or flawed figure, we’ll assess your request and guide you through the next steps.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at hello@lzcollectibles.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping fees must be paid upfront by the customer. We do not provide return labels.
💳 Refunds
If approved, refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
