Free shipping over £99.99
Standard Shipping Fee: £4.99 per order.
Express Shipping Fee: £9.99 per order.
Shipment processing time
Handing time: 1-2 days
Processing time 1-2 days, Shipping time 3-5 days via Royal Mail and Dpd
We are UK based company. All orders are processed same day before 2pm but please take into account on busy periods it can take 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends (Saturdays or Sundays) or Bank holidays and will be shipped the next working day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if you purchased tracked shipments. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

www.lzcollectibles.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your order contains any items that are marked for pre order, your entire order will be held until all items are available for dispatch. If you would like your in stock items to be dispatched first, please contact us via email at: help@lzcollectibles.com. Or place separate orders for in stock items and pre order items.
